Does Nopcommerce support nuke-like installation?
I want to configure Nopcommerce like dotnetnuke, is it possible?
Is it easy to dynamically configure layouts, skins, modules and pages?
They can be implemented on nopcommerce technology

You can create Topics, but in general nopCommerce does not have a true CMS (Content Management System) feature. You can check the marketplace for 3rd party plugins:
