Some messages not send with email notifications

Hi, I have an issue with the emails notifications messages that should be sent to the Customers/Vendors. Some of them stay in the queque and are never sent, even if there are next messages sent after them. What could be the issue here? Thanks, Agata

Check the System Log.  Look for mail related errors just after the time the mail message was queued.

Hi @New York, thanks for your reply. This is an error I can see in logs: "User ... has exceeded its 24-hour sending limit. Messages to 5 recipients out of 5 allowed have been sent. Relay quota will reset in 0.64 hours." Where can I increase this limit? Thanks, Agata

Are you using any third party plugin trial version? that may be has limit restrictions at trial version.

It is not from nopCommerce so if not a pluign then contact your email service provider
Also check the emails that have not sent - you maybe able to reset the Sent attempts back to 1 and then it will send those unsent emails
