Simple newbie question - VS2010 configuration

I am just starting to setup a couple of stores. I started using just the no source method, but now I want to add some extensions. I downloaded a copy of Visual Studio 2010 Professional from Microsoft's Website Spark program, and have installed it.

When I run it for the first time it asks which "default Environment" I wish to use.

General Development Settings
Project Management Settings
Visual Basic Development Settings
Visual C# Development Settings
Visual C++ Development Settings
Visual F# Development Settings
Web Development
Web Development (Code Only)

Frankly, I have no clue which I should use. My guess is either Web Development or Visual C# Development Settings

I'm sure this can be changed later as well, but I just wanted to get started in the correct way.
So which should I select?

I have always set mine up with Visual C#... I have no idea what the difference is, but working on Nopcommerce code works just fine for me with the Visual C# Development Settings.
