Brevo (Sendinblue) plugin does not appear in the list of current plugins.

Hi!
Brevo (Sendinblue) plugin does not appear in the list of current plugins. I did everything according to the instructions, moved it to the plugins folder, clicked reload the application. The plugin is just not in the list of plugins to install. Version of nopCommerce 4.60.5, version of Sendinblue plugin 4.60.

Are you using the source code or 'no source' version?

Try instead to use the "Upload plugin or theme" button.   First, in File Explorer, "unblock" the downloaded .zip file. Then in the Choose File dialog, select the .zip file.  Then "Apply changes" to restart the site.

Look in the file
\App_Data\plugins.json

At the bottom of the file is a section
  "PluginNamesToInstall": []
Is it empty [], or does it have anything in it?

Check your System Log to see if any related errors.

There are no errors in the log related to the Tim plugin

If you still see  
   "PluginNamesToDelete": [..."Misc.Sendinblue",
then it seem that your site is not restarting correctly.
Check your system log for errors.
