NopCommerce 4.10 /Brevo not tracking events

I'm running on an older version of Nop and cannot update at this time. I have the everything setup in Nop and Brevo and while Brevo is tracking page events, it's not tracking any of the 'identify' events nor is it tracking any 'cart_updated'/'cart_deleted' events. Any help here?

It is difficult to say without checking the site.
