add photo to message template: cut to 1000px, where's that configured?

As per the subject, adding photo to e-mail template cuts is down to 1000px in longest dimension, and also appends *_1000 to the filename. The best my google-fu can find is some old message referring to `{yourwebsite}\Administration\Content\Roxy_Fileman\conf.JSON` that does not seem to exist here/anymore.
Anyone knows how to make Ms Roxy Fileman keep her paws off our images?

Scratch that: I have git bash there that has unix `find` that actually finds things. Unlike winders search.

The path today is `wwwroot\lib\Roxy_Fileman`
