Lots of timeouts. Site slow

Tried a reboot but the problem isn’t going away. My site is really slow and I’m seeing lots of logs about timeouts. This has only started to happen today. Can anyone tell me what’s wrong?

Here’s one of the logs.

Yes. That is my post from a year ago and that recommendation fixed it but now the problem is back so not related to that post.

According to the stack trace, this particular timeout is related to PrepareCategoryModel :

at Nop.Services.Catalog.ProductService.SearchProductsAsync                
at Nop.Web.Factories.CatalogModelFactory.PrepareCategoryProductsModelAsync
at Nop.Web.Factories.CatalogModelFactory.PrepareCategoryModelAsync

It may be best to troubleshoot by seeing the query/plan
