I want to change the special products title on the home page. How can I do that?
And I want to add a redirect button in the Header.

Please clarify "special" products. Are you referring to "new" products?

The text can typically be changed by using Admin > Languages > (select language) > "String resources" section. Search for the text that you see now in the Value field. Then you can edit it.

There is a file you may be able to modify: \Views\Shared\_Header.cshtml
But be more specific about what you are trying to do.
