I just did a test using PayPal Standard and v3.9 and everything worked as expected I did not use Sandbox - just did a $1 transaction using Production settings What version of the Plugin are you using - Your config view looks a little different to mine I am using v1.35 of the Plugin - if you have an earlier version then probably update to the latest version Check you config settings here for production https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/preferences/website
