Issue when logging to nopcommerce.com

Hello,

Every time when I try to login to nopcommerce.com, it shows that my account does not exist.

Since I'm pretty sure that the account exists, I tried password resetting.

After that only I was able to log in.

I faced this same issue for 2-3 weeks.

Hi, Which version of Nop are you using?
I would recommend you to
1. Check the value of the Registration method at /Admin/Setting/CustomerUser? Is it set as standard account creation?
2. Verify that the customer was activated before you tried logging in
3. Use the username if the UsernamesEnabled setting is enabled at the same setting page mentioned at point 1 else use the email for the login

Since you were able to reset your password, the account must exist.  It could be that your language resource is misleading.

Out of the box, for English, ...
This is the first message:
account.login.unsuccessful  Login was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again.    

Then it would be followed by the specific reason:
account.login.wrongcredentials  The credentials provided are incorrect    
account.login.wrongcredentials.customernotexist  No customer account found    
account.login.wrongcredentials.deleted  Customer is deleted    
account.login.wrongcredentials.lockedout  Customer is locked out    
account.login.wrongcredentials.notactive  Account is not active    
account.login.wrongcredentials.notregistered  Account is not registered

Actually, I was referring to an issue that persists with this nopcommerce.com site itself.

What issue - that the password keeps 'resetting'?
Not sure... check you Customer Settings - maybe "Password lifetime"

Yes,  the password keeps 'resetting'.

Not sure whether you got my point.

I was referring to this nopcommerce.com itself.

Not one of my nopcommerce sites.
