Access to the path 'D:\Hosting\2276084\html\nop\files\ExportImport\products_2011-05-17-03-59-14_1521.xls' is denied.

I suppose this is a hosted server where you don't have access to set rights?
In that case, there is not much you can do, IMO.
Try getting (or setting) rights on the given path. Ask your hosting party to allow access to that path for the ASP or IUSR account.
