URL first segment issue

Hi all

I publish my Facebook Ads and added web site link with language parameter and not ending with "/" then Facebook adding some tracking query strings for collecting some Meta data.  But all pages returned 404 Page not found.

If url contains query string and not ending with "/" then IsLocalizedUrl can not find UniqueSeoCode from firstSegment.
