Charge Shipping based on warehouse/product

I need to have shipping calculated based on the warehouse.
So when a customer orders two products that ship in two shipments,
Need  a way to charge more shipping in the scenario.

Any help would be appreciated.

We also need this feature bad and are willing to pay for it.  Please let us know how we can get it implemented asap!!
