Deleted About Us Page-how to get it back

In the Admin/Content Management/Topics area of the darkOrange theme  I deleted the About Us page.  I was trying to take it off the Information tab on the home page, however, it didn't work.  Now I need to know how I can put it back in the Topics area so that I can at least put some content in it.  

Or,

If you can help me to remove it from the Information tab on the home page that would be even better.

We did this to another page too.  If you create a new page in the same area and name it one of these:

Content.AboutUs
or
AboutUs

I think it links back up for you...

I'm pretty sure that's how we fixed it.  Hope that helps.

I figured out what I did.  Re-added the page in Topics and used the system name "AboutUs" and it worked.
