Checking Delivery Status (foxnetsoft.com)

We had an issue with a new type of shipping method and tracking number format that didn't yet have support. We were able to work closely with FoxNetSoft to add support for the new tracking number format. They were very responsive and able to get out several builds for testing in a short amount of time.

We typically utilize FedEx, UPS and USPS for shipping. It takes a lot of time to go through and manually check each tracking information for each order. It was to the point we were getting behind several days. It looks a little silly when a customer gets an email that says an item was  delivered 3 days after it actually delivered. This helps us stay on top of it. We had a small issue upon deployment of the plugin and their support was quick to respond with an updated fix! A+

Is there the same for the Russian Post?

This plugin automatically checks the delivery status of an order and automatically updates it in the Nop admin which saves us a lot of time.
We use DPD Ireland as our shipping provider and Foxnetsoft were very helpful and quick setting up the integration for us.

This plugin is exactly what I needed, and now I don't have to guess when packages are delivered, this plugin will check for me.  Also, their support is very helpful and quick to reply.  Overall, very satisfied with this plugin and a few others made by the same company.

The orders would never change to completed, because the shipment was not getting marked delivered. This plugin checks tracking automatically and sends an email to the client showing delivered. It works with multiple shipping companies and can find the status despite the fact, that only a tracking number is provided. Great work by the Dev!

We use this from the UK for all local and international deliveries.
An additional supplier was added to the list as requested within days.
Our customers are now well informed of their deliveries. Thanks a lot

When I originally purchased this plugin I thought that it would send the standard NopCommerce ShipmentDelivered.CustomerNotification message template out of the box. However, my developer noticed that it did not call the send message method after it called the change order / shipment status methods. So I added the feature request to the company forum for the plugin and emailed supports.

With in less than 24 hours, FoxNetSoft added the feature and it worked perfectly, as expected.

This is not the first time I have received stellar support from them.

We use shippingeasy for managing our shipments and to print labels, and with the Shippingeasy Connector plugin, our job got much easier. But, because shippingeasy does not send delivery status back to us through their API, it required that we manually update shipments to registered customers as "Delivered" in order for Reward Points to be issued...this plugin bypasses shippingeasy and gets the delivery status directly from the shipper...so no manual updating necessary at all...PERFECTION!

Before this plugin we been checking delivery status manually one by one. It was lot s of aggravation.
Finally someone thing about automation. Now is so easy with couple click.
I have to recommended this to all retailers.
