nopChat Plugin is a hybrid messaging & chat plugin that allows both real-time chatting and offline messaging between the customers and vendors in the nopCommerce-based online stores, without having to integrate with any third party messaging service and paying for recurring subscription fees.

By using the plugin, the store admin can allow the registered customers to initiate chatting with the vendors from the product/vendor page in the public store. The Vendors can reply to the messages of the customers from the admin.
