Working exactly as intended
The plugin itself is pretty good and it's working as it should, customization options such as customer roles etc. which are needed are working great.
Also the support is really good at fixing some suggestions I had and pretty fast on their responses too!

Great product and support
We use this product to pop up promotional ads such as coupon codes. I needed a time delay added and the team quickly added this feature.  The quality of their plugins is top notch as is their support.

Great plugins and support
I am already a big fan of FoxNetSoft. I have bought many plugins and they are built well with wide functionality and look like they have been given a thought about what is important.
Support is also great. Whenever there is a problem they always are available and issue a fix almost immediately.

Great Support
The support is excellent related to this plugin. Currently on NopCommerce version 4.0, and needed this plugin to alert our customers of the COVID-19 impacts. They were able to quickly release the plugin for 4.0 so we could get it installed on our site. Top notch service. Thanks!!

Good plugin but some other features should be added
The plugin is working good. However, it doesn't allow to select whether the user is already logged in or not.

For marketing purposes, it will be very good (actually it's a must) to separate customers and guest users. So, in the popup settings, there should be a setting to select the customer role.

With this feature, lots of marketing scenarios can be created.

Plugin supports ACL, you can set the list of customers roles and only these customers will see popup window.
