nopCommerce 4.00 BETA released. Please share your impressions

I love it, I really like the Plugin Upload feature

One weird thing is now with 4.00 I have to force ssl on all pages. If not it doesn't appear to "keep my login state".

As you can imagine, both the shipping and billing has zip codes.  I also have a shipping origin address with zip code.

2nd BUG (it may related to above)
PayPal Express Checkout attempt is giving the following errors:
SetExpressCheckoutResponseType returned - Part 1 of 1
Error passing cart to PayPal
Shipping (USPS (US Postal Service)). Shipping address is not set
Shipping (FedEx). Shipping address is not set

Like I mentioned in my original message, it is indeed configured.  All 5 fields are populated.
