Apologies for the late reply! We seem to have missed your question.

Basically MVC needs to restart and this is not happening in nopCommerce prior to version 2.3. So you need to modify (just enter a blank space) and save your Global.asax file so that the controller caches are cleared and the route of the Nop Quick Tabs administration can be found.
