Message Queue - How to automatically send

I believe Winhost added a restriction to Basic accounts, it seems to not load the background process properly, I've thought on changing the store that takes days to send messages to a Max account to see if it solves the problem, but the client is losing so much money right now with that store that it's not possible.

i have the same problem i am using the 2.3 version
and my host provider is arviex
how can we find out who is the one to blame

I have same problem.

1. checked the email account setting - correct -test mail is OK.

2. checked email templates for correct email account and inactive checked. OK

3. checked spam folder in the mail exchange - no messages found.

Struggling to fix to this problem .. in serious trouble without emails working. please help.

Who is your hosting company? And what plan do you have?

i have small question, how is the the hosting provider is important
can it be that the p is not in the application but in the iss configuration ?

and if i am going to open a case over my provider , how can i explain the problem

and they are using:

electron.arvixe.com
   neutron.arvixe.com

So its a Arvixe  Hosted website on a VPS that is used for reselling other websites.
