nopCommerce REST Service Plugin

Hi did someone already some of the following funcions ?

1- Login (Authentication)
2- Add to Cart
3- CheckOut
4- Search

Are u guys still active contributing or this is just an old topic ?

Will this work for multi vendor as well?

I want to develop a web api for nopcommerce with multi vendor functionality, meaning I should be able to CRUD products on vendor bases.
