Hosting for nopCommerce 3.40

Hello everyone
I have a domain on Aruba (a italian hosting). Now I would like to utilize nopCommerce 3.40, but I don't think that is possible with Aruba
Where I can move my domain to use nopCommerce 3.40?

Arvixe is rubbish.
I am hosting a NopCommerce on their server.
It was terribly slow on a PersonalClass plan.
I've upgraded to a BusinessClass and it seems even slower.

I am still waiting they transfer my emails on the new server; apparently they've forgotten bits and pieces.
After 3 days and few chats and emails I am still waiting.

They were much better few years back.
Now they are totally unprofessional.

NopCommerce on Arvixe will run slow.
