i don't have sql mgmt or VS but i did get it restored and now my site's back up an working as it was last night (with v1.5). i have no idea what i'm doing but i managed to follow the .cs scripts enough to add my info to the connections string and changed the install.aspx.cs (not sure if it was changing the version to 1.55 or changing the 'OnNextButton' to 2 instead of 1 but something worked). i'm sure nothing compiled (usps shipping methods still listed all available from usps) but for now i got my site back up and will keep working on usps later.

You need to submit a request to your hosting service, this is a permission error and I have had the same on 2 other sites and that was the solution.

So It need to give the new website the permission to access the database?
I was thinking on duplicating the data to the new database or copy the data from the old database to the new one...

The LIMITEDGB\IWPC_4(interweb) account is not granted with Modify permission on folder H:\inetpub\vhosts\abc.com\httpdocs\. Although this is not an error, it's highly recommended that you configure these permissions.
Please tell me, which folder i have to give permission, if i ask permission for httpdocs folder, my host provider denying me of giving it, telling me that hackers could write code into website, so we won't give permission, help me

even i get the same error .. either you can make a virtual directory inside httpdocs .. eg. www.yourSiteName.com/store .. That will remove the message .. Or contact your service provider .. or you can continue with the message .. it wont affect your installation .. I suppose ..
If anyone has better solution please help, even i can use the solution ...
