How to use? <track inventory for this variant by product attributes>

Hi There,

I have set up our products to Track Inventory on Products with no variants and Track Inventory Product Attributes on Products that have one variant but attributes etc.

But how do you actually track it?

Is there a report you can run? You do get notifications? How does the tracking actually work?

Thank you for coming back to me.

I did wonder if the low stock report was the one that was used if you had set up this track inventory. But do you then need to set the other items i.e. notify when x left etc?

Also, does it just pick it up at Variant Level or will it pick up further into the attributes and attribute combinations etc.

I have read through some of the other posts you attached and I know something like this was in the works but not sure if has been done.

As you know on our site we have to make it as easy as possible for the buyers so the attribute combinations are the best thing. having loads of variants just clutters the pages too much.
