Shipping method localization

Is Shipping method localization released in version 1.60?

Version 1.60 is not released yet. But it'll not contain shipping method localization option. Perhaps, later

would you please let me know when you want to localize the remaining part (Shipping method, payment method, ...)?
I will be glad to contribute for localizing those sections, what is the best approach? do you have any suggestions?
how can i localize those sections with the minimum changes? and which parts should be changed?
