Cannot enter Email / Password

Hello all.

I've just installed nopCommerce 3.8 on my local machine and now I'm trying to login with standard admin account.
I'm failed with it bacause after focus is set to Email or Password  field  (or any other text field) there's no possibility to enter text data.
I've tried it with Chrome, FF, IE.

Please see the screenshot: text data is entered, but it's not displayed.


This display error doesn't correspond to the color of text or any other css options.
Could you please describe what's the reason and how to fix it?

I understand that web client behavior is quite strange.
Could you please assume what may be the reason? I guess clients won't want to enter data throug console :-)
