Putting all items in previous order back into cart

We used nopCommerce for our public school system to allow teachers to have choices regarding their furniture. We didn't process orders through the system but it allowed us to gather their feedback. Now, they have checked out (order is in Processing status) and want to give them a chance to revise their order. How can we accomplish this? Is there an easy way? I've tried changing the status of the order and have gone into order details but it seems they need to add items one by one.

When a customer views the details of a previous order under their account there is usually a Re-order button that adds all the items from the order to the cart.

The option to allow re-order can be switched off under Settings > Order settings but I think it's on by default.
