Shipping Charges According to price

Hi All,

How to implement for shipping charges according to price.

Ex.
1. Product Price range lie b/w  $0.0000 to $25  then shipping charges 25% (or fixed amount) of product Cost.
2. Product Price range lie b/w $25.0001 to $50  then shipping charges 10% (or fixed amount) of product Cost.
3. Product Price range lie b/w $50.0001 to Above  Free Shipping.

There's a Shipping by Total plugin that calculates shipping costs based on the shopping cart subtotal that might do what you want.
