Some SEO optimizations

I had a question in regards to SEO URLRewrite.  I would like to just move the ID to the end of the Url.  So it would be set up as
{0}Products/{2}-{1}.aspx instead of

{0}Products/{1}-{2}.aspx

But my problem is i already have all of the products and categories created and when i make this change in the web config and in the admin panel, the page does not come up.  
Why is this ??

I have a question about the URL rewrite. Say I wanted to do something like this.

http://www.mywebsite.com/category-name/product-name.aspx or


http://www.mywebsite.com/category-name/sub-category-name/product-name.aspx

Its fine if I have the product ID in the product name. So something like /ID-product-name.aspx

Is this possible and does anyone know the configuration for this?

Is that anyway to get this URL related Optimization in Nop 2.2 ?
