Hi,

I am hoping someone here can help with this. we recently changed domain and all of our sendinblue stuff stopped working.

- I deleted reinstalled the plugin
- setup new senders
- tried using v3 key (instead of v2 key was using before) I got "Key Not Found In Database 3.8" it would be useful to know if the v3 key is supposed to work can anyone confirm this? It says it is in the github commits?
- back to using v2 key everything syncs except transactional email refuse to send we get below error:

Error sending e-mail. The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

Any advice would be gratefully received. I have a case open with Sendinblue for nearly a week now. I feel there should be a simple answer to what is happening here but powerless to proceeed.

Thanks in advance, for your comments!

I Have had a few problems with the Sendin Blue plugin not sending emails after the order is complete, i have used the order_complete and the Complete trigger in the automated workflow but still does not send an email.

Did raise a ticket with send in blue but they keep referring me back to NopCommerce.

TIA

yes, I gave up in the end and reverted to regular nop emails. Send in blue were not able to provide me with a shred of information.

It's a shame as it worked really well to begin with, but the total lack of support makes it a bit of a liability when it stops working.
