Can't add forum messages

Hate to ask because this seems like something easily found! I have Forums set up and enabled, allowing even non-registered users (for now) to post to forum, etc.  BUT - there is no way to add anything to the forums! When selecting a forum topic, it just shows a blank forum page.  This forum has an "Add to Forum" link over the search box, mine doesn't. What am I missing!? Again, I have selected every possible checkbox to allow anyone to post. just in case.

Duh! Thanks - I searched first and didn't see any topics covering my problem. I had added groups but no forums. Thanks again.
