Do you have a version of this for 2.3? How much is it?

Installed version 1.1 get an error which means little to me.

I think the problem is not comming from the plugin but from the way you use paypal express.
search "paypal express 10002  Security error  Security header is not valid" on google and you will find many responses.

On of them is :
'If you're going to play in the sandbox, you need to get new API credentials from your sandbox account to enter into your store.
Then to go live again you'll need to get your live API credentials and put those back into your store again.'
