Shipping By Order Total and Country

An extra shipping method based on Order Total AND Country would be very useful.

In our situation the insurance of the package depends on the order total and the country.

Any plans for this in the next release?

I am looking for the same functionality. Any news ????

How do I get this to work with v 2.3?
Worked fine when I installed it with v 2.0 then I ugraded all the way thru to 2.3 and now I cannot get it to show up int he list of  plugins.

probably just need to change the version in the Description.txt

Something about the file name...I did a save as and changed the name to something more simple (ShippingByTotal.zip) and it downloaded.
