Shipping By Order Total and Country

OK I got it downlaoded,
I deleted the entry in the App_Data\InstalledPlugins,
I deleted the folder \Plugins\Shipping.ByTotal
Copied the new Shipping.ByTotals folder to Plugins
Went into admin configuration Plugins...and now it's in the list

But when I install it, I get anerror saying there is already an object called Shippin.ByTotal in the datatbase.

Remember I had already installed it under version 2.00...then did all the upgrades to 2.3.

OK I got it....I put the entry back into the \AppData\InstalledPlugins text file, reloaded the list of installed plugins int he admin, and it showed up as installed, the configure button worked, my old setting were still there, and it tested out OK in the store!

I'll update the README.txt in the archive with upgrade instructions.
