Grandnode in admin section

I downloaded the source code for nop4.3 and now I am seeing a GRANDNODE ad, disguise as a legitimate Widget or plug in at the bottom of the Admin Resources links.  How do I get rid of it

No,  I downloaded it this morning from the NopCommerce Download section, under older versions.

You probably downloaded from a different site https://grandnode.com/ or somewhere else
They have copied nopCommerce and made their own version contrary to the license

Ok, now I get it...  I was using one of NOP4YOU's widget called "QuickTopMenu" to change the colors of my default menu.  I installed this plugin on my newest installation of nopcommerce 4.3 that I download from nopCommerce, older versions section.  So, technically, they are hijacking your template to push their crap onto us.  

I deleted the version that has the newer menu widget and will not use their services again.
