Avalara plugin error in log

The changes are not related to the issue i posted.
Do i need to customize the plugin.

This is the customer i see in the log and URL refers to some random product.
There is no full message in the log

One option as a test may be to customise the plugin and if the customer is the above then dont try to get the tax ?

And found that due to this plugin and the issue mentioned the site is very much slow. is this a common issue with the avalara plugin
