Compile error - conflict between different versions Nop.Web

Could you please help me out ..? I am facing two problem with VS2013

1.Error 35 Assembly 'Nop.Web.Framework, Version=2.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' uses 'System.Web.Mvc, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' which has a higher version than referenced assembly 'System.Web.Mvc, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' d:\Sumeru Projects\OfficeEverything\office\Presentation\Nop.Web.Framework\bin\Debug\Nop.Web.Framework.dll Nop.Web

2.Error 32 NuGet Package restore failed for project Nop.Plugin.ExternalAuth.Facebook: Unable to find version '2.0.21' of package 'LinqToFacebook'..

Please help me out ,how to fix it or where i can get the solution for this.
