Please please putout as part if core functionality Ajax carts do wonders for conversion rates and increased single sales volume because your users don't need to leave their current shopping flow to go from the product page to the cart and back.. Open cart, magento, shopify, lemon stand all have them and I really think yes configurable it'd be an excellent addition

I just found Show product in mini-shopping cart option, this will show item name and qty.

Along with these details I need price and delete item option. Do you have these options?

The price and delete options are not present in the MiniShoppingCart, so you need to change it to show them.
The changes you want should be done directly into the MiniShoppingCart.cshtml view file.
The Nop Ajax Cart plugin uses a selector that can be configured from the administration of the plugin to update the mini shopping cart.So it won’t be a problem for the plugin to work with any modification you do to the mini shopping cart.
