Does Nopcommerce version 3.80 have the features of MLM?

so...if they fix MLM in Nopcommerce 3.80. We no need to go with extension/plugins right???

Can you add a feature that allows a store owner to exclude products from discount codes / rules ? Example if a product have a very low profit margin, a 10% discount might make the profit 0... but the discount is fine on other products with a higher profit margin.
