I guess the big question/concern that I have is.. is this going to be another trendyshoes... how long has the business been established and will the product have some kind of ticketing/support system in place so as it grows you'll be able to handle support requests or performance/bug fixes..

I don't ask this to be rude or anything.. I guess after being totally left in the cold by larry and osshop, you might say i'd need a bit of confidence..

Cheers,
Tom

Hi Tom,

I totally understand your concern and I was waiting for this question to be asked by someone. I don't know why Larry left everything because he sold a number of templates and the only reason I can think of why he left was because he was not a programmer himself or this just got out of his hands because he didn't know how to fix bugs etc.

I have been working nop from the first version and my website http://www.just4laptops.co.uk was one of the first websites in the showcase. I was working with an insurance company before so I didn't start any work. Last year I started just4design and this is the main business for me now. I didn't have time before to release any templates but now I have time to do it and manage.

This is not the only template I have released. I have worked with number of nopcommerce websites and made custom themes and enhancements. You can see my posts in support forum where I am active whenever I get some time to help people.

All I can say is I don't need anyone else to fix my bugs, I can do it myself. I have a small overseas team but they are mainly for testing or small projects. All the bigger projects are handled by myself. I would be releasing more themes in future and I would grow my team when the business grows.

For support system, you have my skype, email, phone number, even address on my website http://www.just4design.co.uk

Thanks,
Atiq

Hi you can use the theme for only one website so for each new domain you would have to buy the theme. You get all the PSDs, source files etc which you can change according to your requirements.

To check attributes/gift card requirements please check http://109.203.111.116:33307/products/99-belted-jacket.aspx

Please also check the shopping cart page, everything in there is in jquery.

Hi Atiq,

First of all many thanks for making such a beautiful theme,

But I have found one small issue about image width and height

http://109.203.111.116:33307/products/116-shawl-skull-polo-shirt.aspx

large(zoom) image:
http://109.203.111.116:33307/images/thumbs/0000274.jpeg (width:1019px × height:1384px)

Normal Image:
http://109.203.111.116:33307/images/thumbs/0000274_376_434.jpeg (width:376px × height:434px)

Thumbs Image:
http://109.203.111.116:33307/images/thumbs/0000274_103_90.jpeg (width:103px × height:90px)

Look deeply in zoom image height is much more larger than wide. In normal image it(Height) is quite larger than width and in thumbs images it is even smaller than width. That happen only because perfect sizing ration. and result image shown distort.

I am not sure about nop-commerce bug about it. But will be happy if you solve it in your theme. As distort image does not make good impression in fashion website as per me.

also if you can optimise this theme little bit (by combining javascript and css in to  minimum.) I think it will make better optimizing score am page load will be more faster.

With Thanks and regards

Thanks for feedback.

All these settings can be set from settings. What I have done is basically in standard nopcommerce if you give image width, it creates the thumbnail from that so you get the height proportional to the width according to the original settings. I have introduced another function which also does the original nop but it optionaly takes the height as well. So if you provide the thumbnail width and height, it would create the image according to that no matter what the original height and width are.

This setting can be changed from Admin and you can only set the width or height or both to generate thumbnails. The above example don't look distort to be honest but looks a bit squashed height wise but if I set thumb height to 0 in settings it would create the thumbnail according to the width and original image.

Thanks for the suggestion about CSS and js. The problem right now is if I put them to minimum it would be hard to understand for some one who buys the theme. What I can do is have two sets of files one min and one normal in future update.

Regards,
Atiq
