I have solved the custom attribute problem in register page and customer info and now all is fine.
But now have another problem:

The country states script don't works in any page, Address Add, Register or customer info.
I think which maybe the solution is in the paths of layouts why the Default Clean works normally but his pages are in ~/Views of nopCommerce.
You have a clue or has been solved the problem?
