Added a property to BaseNopModel class. This way developers can extend any model with new properties via an ActionFilter when they need to do so.

Can you please provide some more information on following performance optimization enhancements made?

Performance optimization

How much performance optimization? Did you load tested it? Any statics to know where 2.7 stands with compared to older versions?

Moreover, what impact these optimization has on your test server with default setup and theme with respect to performance improvement for - application response time as well as - front end loading time?

No. But it's obviously should be faster because stuff such as bundling and minification, more model caching, navigation properties loading issue fixes, etc cannot slow down the system =)))
